Terms and Conditions for Rendering Services in Construction
1. Introduction
Welcome to External Rendering Specialists. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our rendering services related to construction projects. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We offer rendering services including, but not limited to:
- Construction renderings
- Interior and exterior rendering
- Conceptual and detailed of project
3. Project Scope and Deliverables
- The scope of work will be defined in the project proposal or agreement.
- Deliverables include final render files in agreed formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.).
- Any additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary materials, plans, and details promptly.
- Approve drafts and provide feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments are due as outlined in the proposal or contract.
- A deposit of 0% is required before project commencement i.e. no upfront payment.
- Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery of final renders.
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights of the renderings remain with Exteranal Rendereing Specialists until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, rights to the final renders are transferred to the client for the agreed usage.
- We reserve the right to use renderings for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Revisions and Amendments
- Up to 0 revisions are included i.e. No repeat
- Additional revisions will be billed at it depends!.
- Major changes to the project scope may require renegotiation of fees and deadlines.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation must be communicated in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable after work has started.
- Refunds on completed work are subject to review and may be prorated.
9. Liability
- We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- The client is responsible for verifying all technical and structural details with their construction professionals.
10. Confidentiality
- We will keep all project information confidential unless otherwise authorized.
- Clients agree not to disclose proprietary methods or materials.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Claims under the Defective Premises Act 1972 (“the DPA”) or for damages for breach of contract or in tort by or against the developer or landlord, as well as such a claim against the contractor, their sub-contractors or the professional team. For ease of reference, such claims are referred to as “damages claims”..
